LaFreniere is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, with the goal of helping you create fuller relationships in your life.Gale has been in the mental health field since 1995, providing parenting classes and educational workshops, writing articles, and increasing mental health awareness in the community. Gale believes that in providing information and support through therapy and this website, individuals, couples and families will learn to make effective decisions in their lives that promote health, wellness and fuller relationships with others and with themselves.
